Yeah, well, that's the way it goes.

So August 6th was Miki's last Saturday on the planet. Her kidneys were failing. For as much as it sucked, putting her down was the right thing to do.

So we are a one dog house now. At least until the next dog comes along. I'm not sure when that will be. Any other dog right now would still feel like a 'replacement-dog' to me.
